Base Location: London, Bristol or Manchester, with consideration for Leeds or Birmingham, plus a network of 20 offices nationwide.

Security Clearance: Applicants must hold or be capable of obtaining UK National Security Vetting, which may require residence in the UK for at least 5 years and UK or dual UK nationality. Applications not meeting these criteria will not be considered.

We seek a talented individual to manage client work streams and play an active role in business development by building client relationships. Typical engagements include Target Operating Model Design, Organisational Redesign, Financial Recovery, Service and Digital Transformation.

The role requires knowledge in Behavioural Change Management, Organisation Development, and ideally in one additional area such as HR Transformation, Talent Management, or Workforce Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert advice and collaborating with clients and team members to achieve project goals.
  • Supporting business development efforts, including scoping opportunities and preparing proposals.
  • Contributing to the development of methodologies, tools, and thought leadership within People Consulting.
  • Growing the team and practice by sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience working within relevant market areas and managing significant deliverables.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to identify new opportunities.
  • Expertise in advising clients to maximise benefits and minimise risks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Qualifications or accreditation in psychometric assessments or change management methodologies are desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Proven consulting track record with core skills in consulting.
  • Interest or experience in the Defence and Justice sectors, especially Central Government.
