A day in the life:

As our Business Systems Application Manager on the Systems & Engagement team, you’ll work with MMA IT and Operations on software upgrades, including feature determination, documentation, and testing. You will collaborate with MMA operations teams across various regions to understand change requirements, conduct research, develop solutions, and document processes. You will also participate in software migrations, working with data mapping, conversions, and data logic.

We’d love to meet you if your professional experience includes:

  • Strong knowledge of the insurance industry (10+ years preferred)
  • Knowledge of general application administration & processes
  • Experience with Sagitta, ImageRight, and BenefitPoint systems, and willingness to learn additional systems
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into manageable instructions and clear communications
  • Proficiency in creating training materials and operational documentation, both written and recorded
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with peers, users, agency and regional management, MMA leadership
