Base Location: London, Bristol or Manchester, with consideration for Leeds or Birmingham, plus a network of 20 offices nationally.

You should have knowledge in Behavioural Change Management, Organisation Development, and ideally in one additional area:

  • Behavioural Change Management: Embedding new behaviors and minimizing underperformance during large-scale change projects.
  • Organisation Development: Developing target operating models, organizational design, role clarity, performance management, culture, employee development, and rewards.
  • HR Transformation: Creating cost-effective, integrated HR functions aligned with business strategies.
  • Talent Management: Talent identification, retention, development, and designing reward and performance frameworks.
  • Workforce Intelligence: Workforce planning, employment terms, TUPE, rewards, and incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing specialist advice and collaborating with client leads and teams to deliver outcomes.
  • Contributing to business development and proposal development.
  • Developing consulting methodologies, tools, and thought leadership.
  • Supporting team growth and knowledge sharing.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience within relevant market areas.
  • Responsibility for significant deliverables.
  • Commercial awareness and business development skills.
  • Subject matter expertise to advise clients effectively.
  • Stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
  • Comfort with numbers, policies, and processes.
  • Preferred qualifications in psychometric assessments or change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Extras:

  • Proven consulting track record and core skills.
  • Interest or experience in the Defence sector, with a focus on Central Government, Defence, and Justice.
