As an Assistant Manager, you'll undergo a thorough induction and training across all centre areas, including lanes, bar, diner, and amusements. You'll support the effective operation of the centre, fostering fun and positivity, and enhancing the customer experience.

Your responsibilities include coaching and mentoring staff, managing front-of-house operations, and supporting the General Manager in achieving centre goals and financial targets. Ensuring high standards and a safe, enjoyable environment for customers is paramount.

To Be Successful You Will Have
  • Management experience, preferably in leisure, hospitality, or retail
