As an Assistant Manager, you'll receive comprehensive training to prepare you for success, covering all areas of the centre, including lanes, bar and diner, and amusements.

In our fast-paced environment, you'll be at the heart of the Hollywood Bowl experience, supporting smooth operation, fostering fun and positivity, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring staff, managing front-of-house operations, and supporting the General Manager in achieving centre goals and financial targets.

Ensuring the highest standards of service and safety, you'll create a fun and secure environment for our customers.

To be successful, you will have:

• Management experience, preferably in leisure, hospitality, or retail
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Experience in inspiring and developing large teams
• Willingness to work nights and weekends
