The What...

As an Assistant Manager, you'll undergo a comprehensive induction to ensure you're fully trained across all areas, including lanes, bar and diner, and amusements.

You'll be at the heart of the Hollywood Bowl experience, supporting business operations, motivating the team, and enhancing the customer journey.

Your responsibilities include coaching and mentoring staff, managing operations, and supporting the General Manager in achieving financial and service standards.

You will ensure the centre maintains industry-leading standards and provides a safe, fun environment for customers.

To be successful you will have:

• Management experience, preferably in leisure, hospitality, or retail
• Proven ability to inspire and develop large teams
• Willingness to work nights and weekends
• A strong desire for success
