The Role

This accelerated training program is designed as the first step towards leading and inspiring teams within our restaurants. Upon completing initial training, you will be promoted to a 2nd Assistant Manager role, becoming a vital part of our management support system. Your journey could then advance to 1st Assistant, Business Manager, and beyond.

Over nine months, you will learn how our values influence our business operations. Hands-on experience across kitchens, service areas, customer zones, and drive-thru will empower you to make a significant impact during each part of the day.

We aim for our customers and team members to feel valued and appreciated at all times. As you gain momentum and responsibility, managing shifts and key systems, your passion for doing right by our people and customers will inspire you to run your own successful business!
