Assistant Manager - Manchester

The Role

As an Assistant Manager at Tenpin, you will ensure our customers have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will be driven, passionate, and able to create a fun environment for customers and staff alike.

You should be well-organized, approachable, and proactive. Exceptional customer service is essential. You will also be responsible for your development to grow into a Deputy Manager role.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the centre
  • Promote a culture focused on delivering excellent customer service
  • Lead by example to ensure effective teamwork
  • Support the implementation of company strategy
  • Act as Deputy in the absence of the Deputy Manager
  • Own your training and development to progress into a Deputy Manager
  • Assist in achieving budgets, targets, and KPIs
  • Support various departments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and controls
Skills You Need
  • Minimum of 1 year management experience, preferably in leisure, hospitality, or retail
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience leading and developing large teams
  • Determination, enthusiasm, and patience
  • Ambition to progress your career
