Job summary

Marston's PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to join a busy pub team. You will support the General Manager, lead from the front, and strive to create memorable guest experiences that keep patrons returning.

You'll inspire your team on every shift and be accountable for operations when deputising for the GM, leveraging prior assistant/deputy management experience in a branded environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an assistant/deputy manager role within a branded pub environment.
• Strong leadership and motivation abilities across a pub team.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and service quality.
