Job summary

Marston's is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our pub team in Cardiff. You will lead from the front, motivate staff, and ensure memorable guest experiences while deputising for the General Manager as needed.

In this role, you will support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs, drive guest satisfaction, and maintain smooth operations across shifts. A like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager background in a branded environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing pub teams.
• Ability to support GM and drive financial and KPI performance.
• Strong people management and guest service ethos.

Responsibilities
