Spice of Life in London is seeking an Assistant Manager with a passion for beer and food to join a long-established, family-run business. The role offers a competitive salary up to £36,000 per annum plus bonus and tronc, with Full time hours. Live-in may be available.

You will be part of a team that values guests, quality, and home-grown talent, with opportunities for growth within a progressive company. You will lead a busy team, manage guest expectations, and oversee cash and stock control

• Previous experience at Assistant Manager level is essential.
• Live in options may be available depending on role and structure.

Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager

• Exceeding guest expectations daily
• Leading the team to deliver outstanding service
• Coach and guide new Team Members
• All aspects of cash and stock control
• Management duties including dealing with bookings/functions, rota planning, cellar management, and deputising in the Managers absence

Previous experience at Assistant Manager level is essential however further training will be given through the McMullen GROW Programme.
