Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at The Pine Marten. You will support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, lead a team to deliver excellent guest experiences, and mentor staff to reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Able to train and inspire a team to deliver great service.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Act as role model and guide development within the team.
