Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is recruiting an Assistant Manager for our client. You will be at the centre of the customer and team experience, ensuring that the centre has the best standards and service in the industry.

The role is varied, exciting and challenging. You will coach and mentor the team on shift, ensuring the centre is a safe and fun environment for customers, and be hands-on across all areas of the busy centre.

Qualifications

• Minimum of twelve months' management experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Passion for customer service and a track record of inspiring large teams.
• Willing to work nights and weekends; dedicated to delivering high standards.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the team on shift to ensure best-in-class service.
• Keep the centre safe and fun for customers while maintaining high operational standards.
• Support the General Manager with back-of-house duties and run the front-of-house operation.
• Aim to meet financial targets and service standards across the centre.
