Qualifications

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded pub environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a pub team and guest experiences.
• Comfort deputising for the General Manager and driving core operations.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around.
• Lead from the front to create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.
• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s.
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/branded environment.
