Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant/Deputy Manager in a like‑for‑like branded pub.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Proven focus on guest experience and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment.
