Responsibilities

• Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the GM isn’t around.
• Lead from the front to create memorable guest experiences that bring guests back.
• Support the GM in achieving commercial KPIs and running shifts smoothly.
• Inspire and motivate the pub team across every shift.
• Be accountable for the operation when deputising for the GM.
