Marston’s PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You’ll lead from the front, support the General Manager, and motivate a passionate pub team to create memorable experiences for guests.

You’ll drive operational and financial KPIs, ensure excellent guest service, and deputise when the GM isn’t around. The Aspire development programme offers a clear path to running your own pub team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant/ Deputy Manager in a similar/ branded pub environment.
• Ability to lead from the front and motivate the team.
• Commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
