Marston’s PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in a pub setting. You will lead from the front, inspiring a diverse team and ensuring memorable guest experiences, while supporting the General Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous Assistant/Deputy Manager experience in a similar environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a pub team on shift.
• Willingness to deputise for the General Manager and manage KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
