Marston’s PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our local pub team in the UK. You will lead from the front, stepping in for the General Manager when needed, and drive guest experiences that keep guests returning for more.

Qualifications

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a pub team.
• Strong focus on delivering memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around.
• Lead from the front to create memorable experiences and drive guest return.
• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
