Domino’s in Glasgow is seeking an Assistant Manager to help the Store Manager run day-to-day operations and deliver top-notch customer service. You’ll lead a team, coach colleagues, and ensure food quality, safety and cleanliness across the store.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or QSR preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and late nights as required.
• Right to work in the UK or Ireland (relevant to store location).

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence.
• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness in line with company standards.
• Monitor and control costs to maximise profitability.
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations.
• Maintain a positive brand image and uphold Domino’s values.
