Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Fluent English communication skills with strong interpersonal ability.
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for fashion trends.
• Ability to drive results and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective team building and coaching capability.

Responsabilidades

• Perform opening and closing routines for the store.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure excellent service and smooth operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management tasks.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales through brand initiatives.
• Maintain visual displays and floor presentation.
• Analyze reports to inform decision making.
• Protect assets and manage inventory control.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
