Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy with operations, creativity and people leadership.

You will drive sales by analysing store performance, delivering best-in-class service, and managing opening/closing routines while ensuring accurate payroll and scheduling. You will mentor and develop staff, maintain product knowledge and visual displays, and contribute to omni-channel fulfilment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory, customer-facing experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing routines.
• Supervise sales floor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
