Zizzi is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead our floor, manage shifts, and keep our team inspired during busy periods. You will partner with the General Manager to uphold food and service standards while driving guest satisfaction and brand integrity.

This hands-on leadership role offers a platform to grow into a General Manager position, with strong focus on delivering exceptional hospitality and maintaining high brand standards across busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, or Shift Leader in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach teams to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
• Strong obsession with maintaining high brand standards.
• Experience delivering business growth and meeting KPIs.
• Results-focused mindset with interest in business results.

Responsibilities

• Step up as the manager in charge in the GM’s absence, running seamless shifts and bringing brand values to life.
• Lead the front of house team to deliver standout, feel-good hospitality daily.
• Provide constructive feedback, build confidence, and maintain team spirit.
• Own the restaurant’s curb appeal, keep standards and safety on point.
• Work with the GM to monitor performance, manage finances, and track service metrics.
