Job summary

Zizzi is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager and lead the floor during busy shifts. You’ll guide the team to deliver exceptional hospitality, uphold food and service standards, and drive performance with a hands-on leadership approach.

You will be coached to develop your people, manage shifts, and contribute to the restaurant’s growth while maintaining brand values and a guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Proven ability to coach staff to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Track record of maintaining brand standards across service, food, and ambiance.
• Experience driving business results and meeting KPIs.
• Strong results-focused mindset with commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Step up as the manager in charge in the GM’s absence, running seamless shifts and bringing our brand values to life.
• Live and breathe the customer journey, coaching your front of house team to deliver standout, "feel-good" hospitality every day.
• Support team development by giving constructive feedback, building confidence, and keeping team spirit high.
• Take full ownership of the restaurant's curb appeal, keeping standards and safety spot on.
• Work with the GM to monitor performance, manage the financials, and track service metrics to be better than yesterday.
