Prezzo Italian is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead on the floor, support the GM and help run the restaurant as we refresh our estate. You’ll be the GM’s right hand, ensuring smooth shifts, strong team leadership and memorable guest experiences.

You’ll develop your team, maintain high food safety and service standards, and contribute ideas on local promotions. This is a genuine stepping-stone toward running your own restaurant with support from Brava Hospitality Group.

• Experience leading shifts in busy hospitality environments.
• Strong commercial awareness, driving sales and controlling costs.
• People-first approach with coaching in the moment.
• Ambition to run your own restaurant one day and learn how.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts from the front, set the pace and hospitality standards.
• Build a team that connects with each other and guests on every visit.
• Recruit, train and develop staff while supporting the GM with rotas and labour cost.
• Drive sales, manage costs and protect margin while upholding standards.
