Hungry Horse is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a busy pub and lead by example, ensuring customers and teams have a great time.

You’ll support the General Manager, deliver memorable experiences, and train team members while maintaining brand standards and safety. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leadership, service excellence, and working in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• What you'll do as an Assistant Manager: Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.
• Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers.
• Act as a role model for the team and support with training and development.
• Be a champion of brand standards & ensure customer & team safety at all times.
