Job summary

HatHats Coffee Company is seeking an Assistant Manager for Hangloose, Bluewater. You will lead the team in the Outlet Manager's absence and help run daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and consistent standards.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability, shifts up to 30–37.5 hours, training in East Kent, and a passion for people. You may progress to manage your own store in time.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team is preferable.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on day-to-day operations in the absence of the Outlet Manager.
• Open/close outlet and manage staff on shift.
• Ensure service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Attend site meetings and report discrepancies as needed.
• Mentor staff and support career progression.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and stock reporting.
