Job summary

HatHats Coffee is seeking an energetic Outlet Manager to lead our Faversham Kiosk site, a busy location where strong organisation, a calm head, and a passion for great customer service matter. Full training will be provided, and experience in coffee is welcome but not essential.

HatHats Coffee is one of Kent’s fastest growing coffee businesses. We are privately owned and continue to invest even in a challenging hospitality climate. People come first here. We build our teams carefully, support them properly, and run our sites with pride and purpose.

We are looking for an energetic and committed Outlet Manager to lead our Faversham Kiosk site. This is one of our busiest and best loved locations and we want someone who brings strong organisation, a calm head, and obsesses as much as we do about customer service.

Experience in coffee would be great, but it is not essential. Full training will be given. We welcome experienced hospitality managers as well as those who have worked in or managed in customer facing roles and are ready for the next step.
