Job summary

The Seaton Lane Inn, part of The Inn Collection Group, is located in Seaham, United Kingdom. The Assistant Manager role supports the General Manager to ensure the inn feels like a home away from home for guests, leading the team and maintaining a welcoming, efficient environment.

You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily duties, deliver company standards, and manage stock, orders, and guest communications in a busy, pub-style setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management is preferred.
• Passion for customer service and team motivation.
• Hands-on leader who leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in leading daily operations.
• Direct and mentor the team to meet company standards.
• Manage shift operations in a fast-paced pub environment.
• Liaise with Chefs, Management and Suppliers.
• Handle stocktakes, ordering and guest responses, including sleepovers when needed.
