The Inn Collection Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Coniston inn. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, lead a capable team, and ensure guests enjoy a warm, home-from-home experience.

This role requires hands-on leadership in a busy hospitality setting, coordinating with chefs and suppliers, managing shifts, and handling administrative tasks to maintain our high standards.

Qualifications

• Hospitality background and front-of-house service experience
• Proven ability to lead a team in a busy pub/hotel environment
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Responsabilités

• Support the General Manager in running daily operations
• Lead the team to deliver high standards of guest service
• Coordinate with Chefs, management, and suppliers to ensure smooth service
• Oversee shift operations, stocktakes, ordering, and administrative tasks
• Occasional guest responses and sleepover duties as required
