As Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager, lead a busy team, and foster a welcoming, efficient environment for staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver company standards in a busy pub-restaurant environment.
• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Handle stocktake, ordering, accounts management and supplier liaison.
• Occasional sleepovers and guest responses as needed.
