As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the General Manager, lead the team, and ensure smooth daily operations, from coordinating shifts to liaising with chefs and suppliers.

Formación

• Experience in food and hospitality preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsabilidades

• Support the General Manager to run daily operations.
• Lead a team to deliver standards and guest satisfaction.
• Handle shift operations, liaise with Chefs, management and suppliers.
• Assist with stocktake and ordering; handle guest responses.
• Occasional sleepovers may be required.
