Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at a UK pub. You’ll step up for the General Manager, lead from the front, and create memorable guest experiences that bring guests back.

You will support the GM in achieving KPI’s, inspire your team on every shift, and be accountable for operations when deputising. A like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager background in a branded environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Assistant/Deputy Manager in a branded pub environment.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s.
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment.
