Marston’s PLC is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our pub team. You’ll lead and motivate a front-line team, driving guest experiences and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around.
• Lead from the front to create memorable experiences that gets our guests coming back for more.
• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s.
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
