Rudy's in Nottingham is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy front-of-house team and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll work closely with senior leaders on site, manage shifts, monitor service standards, and contribute to cost awareness and staff development.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with real growth potential, including progression toward Deputy or General Manager as the restaurant expands within the Mission Mars group. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Salary: £32,900 | Tips & Tronc Monthly | Up to 32% Bonus Per Annum paid Quarterly

Contract: Full time

This is a big role for someone who's ready for it. As Assistant Manager at Rudy's, you'll work closely with the Senior leaders on site to drive the performance of the restaurant, from team culture and guest experience through to standards. It's fast-paced, it's hands-on, and it's genuinely rewarding when you get it right.

• Supporting the General Manager in leading a high-performing front-of-house team
