Greene King’s Malt Shovel in Bridgwater is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a busy pub and lead the team to deliver warm, memorable hospitality.

You’ll support the General Manager day-to-day, champion brand standards, train and develop staff, ensure guest safety and allergen controls, and create welcoming experiences for every visitor.
