Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager to join a busy pub, supporting the General Manager in daily operations and leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will model brand standards, coach staff, and ensure safety and high service levels across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership or management preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to think on feet during busy shifts.
• Attention to detail and high standards.
• Good spoken and written English; understand allergen controls.
• Eligible to hold a Personal Licence (Greene King will support)

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.
• Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers.
• Act as a role model for the team and support with training and development.
• Be a champion of brand standards & ensure customer & team safety at all times.
