Upham Inns is recruiting an Assistant Manager to lead hospitality teams across our premium pubs in Southern England. You’ll be on the floor with guests, while supporting the General Manager in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience within Hospitality.
• The Right to Work in the UK.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for staff development and upskilling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Innovative, trustworthy and impartial.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays is essential.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of guest experience at a high level with consistency through every shift.

• Achieving the KPI's / performance metrics for the ongoing financial success of the business
