Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership roles.
• Experience as Supervisor or Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts (opens/closes/weekends) and delegate to the team.
• Coach staff with regular feedback.
• Manage rotas, stock, and KPIs.
• Handle customer complaints with good judgement.
