As an Assistant Manager, you will provide strong, visible leadership, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and a positive team ethos. You will work closely with the Operations team to maximise performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Venue Manager or General Manager within a customer-focused hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the venue team to deliver consistently excellent guest service.
• Oversee all aspects of the venue’s commercial and operational performance.
• Hold full P&L accountability and use financial insight to drive revenue and achieve KPIs.
• Work closely with the Operations team to enhance service delivery and maximise business performance.
