The Wellington Arms in Stratfield Turgis is seeking a Deputy General Manager to lead a busy hospitality site within a premium countryside setting. You will motivate the team, uphold service standards, and contribute to training and guest experiences.

With 25 bedrooms, award-winning hospitality, and a focus on weddings and business stays, you’ll drive guest satisfaction, manage operations, and support financial performance while fostering a warm, guest-first culture.
