The Wellington Arms in Stratfield Turgis is seeking a Deputy General Manager to lead a busy country pub, restaurant and boutique hotel set within a 7,000‑acre estate. You will guide a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across food, drink, and rooms.

In this leadership role you’ll drive service standards, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the financial success of the site while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
