You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to deliver strong results and ensure smooth store operations, stepping up to take full responsibility when required. Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager in delivering sales, KPIs and profit opportunities.
• Driving daily and weekly performance through clear targets, floor leadership and commercial focus.
• Monitoring KPIs and team performance, running reports and supporting action plans to improve results.
• Taking ownership of store operations including stock management, payroll, rotas and administrative tasks.
• Leading, coaching and developing the team through training, feedback and strong product knowledge.
• Acting as a role model on the shop floor by delivering exceptional customer service and living our brand values.
• Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, brand presentation and store standards at all times.
• Taking full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
