Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in London is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive commercial success and lead the store team in the Store Manager's absence. You will ensure smooth operations, deliver on sales targets, and uphold the Levi’s brand standards.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll coach staff, manage stock, payroll, and schedules, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining visual merchandising and brand presentation across the store.

• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Track record of driving KPIs and sales targets.
• Experience managing store operations, stock, and administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of store operations including stock management, payroll, rotas, and administrative tasks.
• Leading, coaching, and developing the team through training, feedback, and strong product knowledge.
• Acting as a role model on the shop floor by delivering exceptional customer service and living our brand values.
• Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, brand presentation, and store standards at all times.
• Taking full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
