Marston’s PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a pub team, drive guest experiences, and support the General Manager in achieving financial KPIs. You’ll step up when the GM isn’t around and help sustain smooth operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in a branded hospitality environment.
• Strong guests service focus and ability to drive engagement.
• Ability to step in at GM level and manage KPI delivery across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the pub management team and lead from the front to create memorable guest experiences.
• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift.
• Be accountable for the successful operation when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar environment.
