Job summary

Marston's PLC in the United Kingdom is hiring an Assistant Manager for Grandstand pubs. You will be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around and leading from the front to create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.

You’ll support the GM in achieving KPIs, inspire your team on every shift, and be accountable for operations when deputising. Previous experience as an Assistant/Deputy Manager in a branded environment is required, with a

• Experience stepping up for a General Manager and managing operations on shift.
• Strong focus on guest experience and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift.
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment.
