Marston's PLC in Peterborough is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub management team. You’ll lead from the front, help GM on shifts, and deliver memorable guest experiences that keep locals coming back.

You’ll get development via the Aspire programme, progression to General Manager, flexible/part-time hours, and a generous benefits package including discounts, health support, pension, and training through our app-based platform.

Qualifications

• Lead and motivate your pub team across shifts.
• Support GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Bring experience from a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded environment.
