RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing Shift Managers and Crew
• Supporting the delivery of high-quality food
• Providing an exceptional experience for your team and customers
• Handling customer complaints promptly and honestly
• Leading by example on the floor and on the line
• Supporting the General Manager and achieving store results
• Owning your P&L, driving sales, and controlling costs
• Overseeing daily operations and planning for the future
• Leading with company values
