The Role:

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you'll be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. Your responsibilities include coaching and developing your team, supporting shift operations, and driving performance.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting team development and maintaining high standards
• Enjoys running shifts, planning schedules, and coaching on the go
• Understands managing labour and rotas and is eager to learn about financial aspects of restaurant management
• Recognizes and celebrates excellent performance during shifts
