Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and inspire a high-performance team. You will oversee opening/closing routines, optimize staff scheduling, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining brand standards.

The role emphasizes coaching colleagues, managing inventories, visual merchandising, and leveraging product knowledge to exceed targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• Must have strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Customer-focused with a passion for fashion and trends.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Able to coach and develop staff and manage schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close store operations and drive daily sales.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff and coach others.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays and merchandise presentation.
• Analyze sales reports to inform decisions and optimize performance.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems and fulfill Omni Channel orders.
